"Fighting is very mental. I think it's mostly mental. Think about it, you gotta have the right mentality to get up everyday and train. To not be such a party guy and want to go to the clubs and clubbing every night, and then you got to get mentally strong and eat the right food and go on a strict diet. You gotta be very mentally strong to lock yourself into this cage with this guy that's trying to knock you the hell out."
